3 oz Mashed potatoes
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Shredded
cheddar cheese
7 small russet potatoes
2 tbsp + 1¾ tsp Lowfat
milk
¼ tsp Onion powder
⅛ tsp Ground black
pepper
⅛ tsp Ground paprika
⅛ tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Unsalted butter

1.Place nuggets on a sheet pan.
2.Bake according to package instructions until internal
temperature reaches 165°F.
3.Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into quarters.
4.Add to a pot with enough water to fully cover them.
5.Boil until tender. Drain well.
6.Transfer hot, drained potatoes to an electric mixer bowl.
7.Add milk, butter, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
8.Whip until light and fluffy.
1.Scoop ½ cup of mashed potatoes
2.Top with 5 hot nuggets.
3.Sprinkle with 1 tsp shredded cheddar cheese for garnish.
